News Item: : Introducing Epynt Motor Club’s new event.....The Powys Lanes Road Rally

After a break from organising road rallies since the Powys Factors Road Rally in the mid eighties Epynt Motor Club have decided to run a brand new event!
The Powys Lanes Road Rally, will be held on the provisionsal date of 5/6th February 2011, starting in Rhayader. The route will be approximately 110 miles made up of classic tracks and unused whites. The rally will be National B and open to all, with an expert, semi expert, novice, and beginner class.
The event officials are:
Clerks of the course – Ceri Davies & Doody Farmer
Secretary – Tim James
Entries secretary – Ashley Morris
Chief marshals – Eric Tong & Cliff Jones
Club steward – Alun Probert
Equipment officers – Michael Hardwick & Roger Stevens
Treasurer – Graham Tong
Minute secretary – Kate Elias
Press officer – Steve McPhee
