Spectator Information

There will be one main spectator area at Dixies Corner, which is strongly recommended by the organising committee for best viewing and to avoid causing obstructions to the running of the event. From here spectators will be able to access a downhill hairpin at Dixies Corner on stages one and three, Copse Corner on stages one and three and Llandeilo’r Fan Triangle on stages six and eight. There will be toilet and catering facilities available.

Please note that the only access onto the Epynt Ranges will be from the A40 via Llywel. There will be no access onto the Ranges via Llandeilo’r Fan due to a PR problem and spectators will not be allowed into FIBUA (The German Village) by order of the military.

The first stage will start at 8.45am. A full time schedule will be included in the spectator programme, which will be sold for £10 per car. Money raised from selling spectator programmes on last year’s Mewla has been donated to Wales Air Ambulance, Beulah Young Farmers Club and Ysgol Dolafon, Llanwrtyd Wells. Epynt Motor Club is looking forward to helping more local fundraising groups this year.

Official Event Photographer

The official photographer for this years' EventSigns Mewla Rally will again be Simon Clarke.

Once all of the photographs from the event are sorted and cataloged in a day or two, a gallery of the event will be added to his website www.sc-photography.co.uk.

At the same time, a full set of all of the photos taken will be put online and available for purchase with secure online shopping facilities in the Rallying section of Tony Large Photographic's commercial website www.tonylarge.net - theres a link to it on Simon's website when viewing the galleries.

Competitors without internet access or who do not wish to use the online ordering can request printed proofs to be sent to them instead by e-mailing Simon, simon.clarke©sc-photography.co.uk or contact the rally organisers for his phone number.
