The official event photographer is Simon Clarke. A couple of days after the rally a gallery of the event will be added to his website. A full set of all of the photos taken will be put online and available for purchase with secure online shopping facilities in the Rallying section of Tony Large Photographics commercial website which can be accessed through Simon’s website. Competitors without internet access or who do not wish to use the online ordering can request printed proofs to be sent to them instead.

Carmarthen and Epynt Motor Clubs are again co-promoting the Bill Gwynne Rallyschool and Motorsport Coracle Stages 2008, which will be held on Sunday 27th July 2008.

The rally will once again return to the Sweet Lamb Complex, with scrutineering, servicing and the finishing ceremony all situated within the popular Mid Wales test venue.

We will be allowing pace notes this year, an order form can be downloaded from here . Whilst the event will run entirely on private land and cars will not need to be taxed for the event, a short portion of public highway will be used between the service area and the start and accordingly cars should be taxed in order to traverse this section.

The intention is to again promote a compact, no frills event, offering approximately 40 loose surface stage miles with a central service area. The format has proved popular with both competitors and spectators in the past and the rally earned the prestigious awards of best event in the 2003 and 2006 WAMC Clubmans Forestry Rally championship and also the 2003 ASWMC Loose Surface Stage Championship.
